Hire from the catalog

Open the Workers tab → 📚 Browse catalog. There are 90+ pre-designed workers across 82 professions — researchers, writers, coders, marketers, analysts, and more. Pick one that fits a real job you have (say, a Content Writer or a Market Researcher), name it, and place it in a Company.

A hut appears on the Village map. That’s your worker.

A profession sets three things

Casting a worker as a profession isn’t just a label. It arrives pre-wired with:

1. A base prompt — the identity the model lives by for that role.
2. The right tools — a sensible allowlist for that kind of work.
3. Trade skills — the expertise that profession is expected to have.
