With one toggle, Theodor stops waiting to be asked — he reviews your workspace about once an hour and surfaces ideas aimed at growing your value and profit.

What you’ll learn

Turn it on

1. Open Settings → Background & proactivity.
2. Flip ⏰ Hourly auto-review on (it’s off by default). The same toggle lives on Theodor’s bridge — switching it in either place keeps both in sync.
3. From now on, Theodor reviews your workspace about once an hour.

What he prepares

• Suggestions for you to approve, discuss, or dismiss — collected in Theodor’s bridge (💡 Suggestions) and an hourly popup.
• Genuinely low-risk moves he just makes, then shows you afterward.

Pair proactivity with the daemon

On its own, Proactive Theodor only runs while the app is open. Install the background daemon (same tab) and the hourly review keeps going overnight with the window closed — that’s the combination that makes “proactive” actually proactive.

He already knows your businesses

Because Theodor is grounded in every Company you’ve created, his suggestions are about your real work — not generic advice.
