The Academy is meant to be social. Learning to run an AI workforce is new for everyone, so the fastest way to get good is to build alongside other people doing the same thing.

Per-lesson discussion

Every lesson has its own discussion thread at the bottom of the page (powered by GitHub Discussions via Giscus). Post your results, ask where you got stuck, share a better way. Threads are keyed to the lesson, so answers stay where the next learner will find them.

Sign in once

Discussion uses your GitHub account (no separate Academy login to manage). React, reply, and your contributions are yours.

Ways to take part

• Ask & answer under any lesson.
• Show your Village — share a screenshot or a description of the company / workers setup you built. See the Showcase.
• Join a workshop — live, build-along sessions. See Workshops.

Ground rules

• Be kind. Everyone here is mid-build.
• Share the how, not just the what — the setup, the routine, the prompt.
• No spam, no secrets — never paste API keys or private customer data.

This whole Academy is produced in the open by a Content Studio running inside askTheodor. If you spot something that could be better, say so in the thread — you might end up shaping a lesson.
