1. Add more than one Company

Companies are neighborhoods on your Village map. Ask Theodor to create a second one — a different business, a side project, a client account — and it appears as its own neighborhood with its own workers, brand voice, and goals. There’s no limit baked in; the map just grows.

2. Theodor spans the whole workspace

Theodor (🎩) is a workspace-scope worker, so he isn’t tied to any single Company. He’s grounded in every Company you create — their missions, compliance posture, and goals are all in his context. Ask him a cross-cutting question and he answers across the portfolio:

“Across all my businesses, what’s the most behind-schedule goal this week?“

3. Scope keeps them from bleeding together

Each Company gets its own tribe memory and its own Company-scope SOPs; workers in one neighborhood never see another’s private context. Only 🌐 Workspace-scope knowledge — and Theodor himself — reaches everywhere.

One operator, many ventures

This is the heart of “run a company of one, staffed like a hundred” — a solo founder can run a marketing studio, a store, and a side project from a single map without spinning up three separate apps.

Questions only a portfolio view can answer

The value of several Companies in one workspace is that Theodor can compare them. Three questions worth asking him regularly:

“Which of my businesses got no attention this month?” The one that quietly goes quiet is rarely the one you’d have guessed. Because he sees every Company’s tasks and activity, this is answerable in a sentence — and it’s the sort of thing that’s invisible when each venture lives in its own app.

“Where did the money go across all of it?” Per-Company spend, side by side. Useful both for finding the runaway and for the opposite: discovering that the side project you feel guilty about is costing almost nothing.

“What’s the single most behind-schedule goal this week?” Cross-portfolio triage. When you’re wearing three hats, the honest answer to “what should I do first” is genuinely hard to hold in your head — and this is the one question that turns a map into a management tool.

Separation is real, but Theodor isn’t separated

Workers stay in their neighborhood, and Company knowledge doesn’t bleed. Theodor deliberately spans everything — that’s what makes the questions above possible. If you’re handling material where even your own chief-of-staff shouldn’t see across (a client with strict confidentiality terms, say), a separate workspace on a separate machine is the honest answer, not a second Company.
